Mr. Veltmann

Mr. Veltmann is one of the few family law attorneys in the County of San Diego listed in Best Lawyers of America. For over 20 years he has received Martindale - Hubbell's highest rating of "av" or "preemiment." He was the Editor of the authoritative State Bar publication "Family Law News." He is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is a former president of the Southern California Chapter. He is also a Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Veltmann has been an adjunct professor of law at California Western School of Law. He is also a member of Scribes, an association of judges & lawyers who are legal writers and editors. Mr. Veltmann has written many articles and lectured on sophisticated family law matters to the California State Bar, San Diego County Bar, the San Diego County Certified Specialists Committee, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Leto

Mr. Leto has practiced Family Law for twenty-eight years. He has been a panel moderator and lecturer for the San Diego County Bar Association Certified Family Law Specialists, the Southern California Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the Child Forensic Psychiatry Seminars for the University of California at San Diego Child Psychiatry Fellows, Lawyers Mutual Insurance Co. and the Association of Family and Conciliation Court Conferences in connection with complex issues. Mr. Leto is listed in Best Lawyers of America and has a preeminent rating for Martindale – Hubbell. He is a Lifetime Member of the National Registry of “Who’s Who” and selected as one of the Best Lawyers in San Diego Magazine. Mr. Leto has served the San Diego Superior Court as a Pro Tem Judge and Settlement Conference Judge since 1985. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is a former president of the Southern California Chapter and is its current counsel. Mr. Leto has held numerous offices of the Certified Family Law Specialists of the San Diego County Bar Association and is a former Chairman. He is also a Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
